Cut the ribs and prepare a marinade of garlic, honey, oil, salt and pepper. Place the ribs on a baking tray, brush with the marinade and cover with water. Bake covered for 1 hour at 180°C. Make the sauce from the fat. Fry the puree and pour over the fat, thicken with gustin. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into rings, dredge in flour and fry. Serve with bread.
