Perfect for preparing stews, pastas and one-pot meals while preserving vitamins during braising and baking. It is the tool of the German national culinary team.
With cookware made from AMT's hand-cast aluminum, you no longer have to worry about high-fat meals. You can cook and bake in these pans with minimal or no fat at all! The up to 10 mm thick bottom absorbs heat from the oven or stove perfectly and retains it for a long time. This exceptional heat storage ability saves energy and is environmentally friendly. The surface has a special non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easier. If a slight browning appears on the surface, this is a natural patina that prevents food from sticking and is perfectly normal. Never remove the patina with steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
Excellent cooking results and quick, easy preparation are the hallmarks of AMT Gastroguß cast aluminium pans and pots. AMT aluminium cookware has been hand-cast, hand-finished, hand-assembled, inspected and packaged in our own manufactory for many years. This technically demanding process guarantees unparalleled quality and a premium product.
AMT Gastroguss Bratpfannen and Pots are usable on all common stove types such as:
- Gas and electric cookers
- Glass ceramic, halogen and induction hobs
- Diameter: Ø 24cm
When used on ceramic and halogen hobs, pans and pots should always be gently lifted to avoid scratching the surface with small dirt particles such as salt grains or sugar crystals.
Pans, baking pans and pots from AMT are extremely durable. However, slicing or using sharp metal tools in the line should be avoided. Use in the dishwasher is not recommended. Before using your AMT Gastroguss cookware for the first time, rinse it thoroughly inside and out with hot water and a little detergent, dry it well and rub the inside surface lightly with cooking oil.
