Pans, baking pans and pots from AMT are extremely durable. However, slicing or using sharp metal tools in the line should be avoided. Washing in the dishwasher is not recommended. Before using your AMT Gastroguss cookware for the first time, rinse it thoroughly inside and out with hot water and a little detergent, dry it well and rub the inside surface lightly with cooking oil.
