With AMT's hand-cast aluminium cookware, you don't have to worry about high-fat meals. You can cook and bake in this baking dish with minimal or no fat at all! The up to 10 mm thick base perfectly accumulates heat from the oven or stove and retains it for a long time, saving energy and the environment. The surface is coated with a special non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking and allows easy cleaning. With slight browning on the surface, it is a natural patina that is completely normal and prevents food from sticking. Never remove the patina with steel wool or abrasives.
