The casserole is made of stainless steel. It has a technical-material design"3ply", i.e. the outer casing is made of 18/0 stainless steel, the inner casing is made of 18/10 stainless steel, the intermediate wall is made of aluminium. This design guarantees a safe, hygienic and low-maintenance food contact surface. It distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the casserole.
The casserole is suitable for all types of heating, including induction. Due to its excellent properties, the casserole is also suitable for baking in the oven. The recommended temperature is up to 220 °C, but take care and only remove it with hand protection. There is a measuring scale on the inner wall for easier cooking. The surface is very easy to clean and can also be washed in the dishwasher.
You can buy a universal lid for the casserole, which is suitable for casseroles or pots with a diameter of 18cm to 26cm.
