Stainless steel casserole 24 L

The 24L casserole without lid is designed for everyday use in the home and in the professional kitchen. The casserole can be used for all types of heating (gas cooker, electric cooker, induction hob, ceramic hob). The casserole is also dishwasher safe.

The casserole is made of stainless steel. Its sandwich bottom is composed of three materials. The 18/10 stainless steel inner side guarantees a safe, hygienic and low-maintenance food contact surface. The high-quality aluminium core ensures fast and optimal heat distribution. The bottom layer is made of magnetic chrome steel, which allows use on all types of heaters, including induction.

Due to its excellent properties, the casserole is also suitable for oven roasting. The recommended temperature is up to 220 °C, but take care and only remove it with hand protection. There is a measuring scale on the inner wall for easier cooking. The surface is very easy to clean and can also be washed in the dishwasher.

A 40 cm lid can be purchased for the casserole.
