Thanks to the quick lock feature, you can easily unscrew the HORL® 3 sharpening disc and replace it with an alternative disc or sharpening stone, making it versatile for all your sharpening needs. Its magnetic angle support ensures a consistent and reproducible grinding angle, providing a professional level of sharpening with every use.
For stability, the HORL® Grip Pad offers a non-slip effect that holds your blade firmly in place throughout the sharpening process.
You can choose between two sharpening angles. Use the 20° sharpening angle for sharpening European kitchen knives and pocket knives for long-lasting sharpness. Use the 15° sharpening angle mainly for Japanese kitchen knives, which require a razor-thin and razor-sharp blade.
