For stability, the HORL® Grip Pad offers a non-slip effect that holds your blade firmly in place throughout the sharpening process.
You can choose between two sharpening angles. Use the 20° sharpening angle for European kitchen knives and pocket knives for long-lasting sharpness. The 15° sharpening angle is mainly used for Japanese kitchen knives, which require a razor-thin and razor-sharp blade.
