Because the surface of the pans is a honeycomb pattern that extends beyond the non-stick layer of the surface, Black Cube pans have greater heat preservation and higher heat transfer than conventional cookware. The non-stick surface will give you easier cleaning. You can even use metal tools on this surface without worrying about damage.
