The purpose of this information sheet is to provide you with information about the processing of personal data within the e-shop of Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o., which is operated on the website www.berndorf.sk (hereinafter referred to as "e-shop"), which is the e-shop of the company Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o., with registered office at Bystrická 1571, 966 81 Žarnovica, ID No.: 36 639 893, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Banská Bystrica, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 10654/S. Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o. is aware of its responsibility for the processing of your personal data and the following privacy information sheet is intended to give you an overview of what happens to your personal data and what protection the website operator provides for it.
Responsibility for the processing of personal data.
Berndorf Sandrik Ltd, with registered office at Bystrická 1571 1571, 966 81 Žarnovica, ID No.: 36 639 893, company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Banská Bystrica, Section Sro, Insert No. 10645, email: berndorf@berndorf.sk, t.no.: 045/6844 328 (hereinafter referred to as "Berndorf Sandrik") is responsible for the protection of personal data processed within the framework of the e-shop operated on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
If you register on the website in order to make a purchase on theonline shop, we need your full name (first and last name) and email address. At the same time you need to enter your password twice. Then, after viewing the goods and making your selection, you can click through to the basket containing the goods you have chosen. In case you are interested in ordering the goods, you confirm the order, which will move you to the form that contains a request to fill in additional data necessary for invoicing and delivery of the goods. The required details are first and last name, street and house number, city, state, zip code, email and phone number. If you are requesting the goods to be sent to an address other than the billing address, these details must also be completed. We store this registration data under your name on your account. Please note that without registration it is not possible to make a purchase on the e-shop. We need and process this registration data for the purpose of your registration, billing purposes and for the purpose of delivering the goods you have selected. Your registration data also serves as access data to your account. Your registration data will only be disclosed to third parties (outside the e-shop) if and to the extent that you have consented to this disclosure, i.e. if you request delivery of goods by courier, you automatically consent to the processing of your personal data and its disclosure to the courier company. Without the provision of these data, it is not possible to make the purchase, deliver the goods and it is not possible to issue or deliver the proof of purchase.
We will only process your email address to subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address also serves as a means of communication in connection with your orders. In the context of processing an order, fulfilling a contract or sending a newsletter or a customer satisfaction questionnaire, the recipients of your personal data are the Controller and any Intermediaries.
The services provided within the aforementioned Berndorf Sandrik e-shops and websites are not intended for persons under the age of 16.

If you establish communication with Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o. by any means (email, telephone, regular mail), Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o. will only process the relevant data necessary to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis for data processing.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for registration and purchase in the e-shop is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. april 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") (performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures), as well as Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts.
Your consent to advertising and market research.
If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing advertising and market research, Berndorf Sandrik Ltd. May send you information tailored to your individual interests by post or provide it to you when you visit the shop and, if you have separately subscribed to an electronic newsletter on the basis of your separate consent, also by e-mail. For this purpose and for advertising purposes tailored to your individual interests, Berndorf Sandrik Ltd. uses the following data and analyses:
- Registration data: your full name (first and last name) and your full address (street, house number, postal code, city, state), your e-mail address and, if applicable, your mobile phone number.
- Purchase/discount data: data related to goods/services and your registration data.
Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o. processes the personal data of customers and newsletter subscribers in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended, as the "Controller". Personal data may also be processed by the following third parties ("Processors") on behalf of the Controller on the basis of intermediary agreements:

- Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (registered to the EU - US Privacy Shield) (Google Analytics, Google AdWords),
- DHL Parcel Slovensko s.r.o., with registered office at Na pántoch 18 831 06 Bratislava ID No.: 47 927 682 The company is registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, Insert No. 100759/B,
- TOPTRANS EU, a.s. Na Priehon 50, 94905 Nitra, ID No. 36703923 company registered in OR OS Nitra Sa, Insert No. 10363/N

- other legal entity or natural person - entrepreneur, providing computer services, services related to computer data processing, or advertising and marketing services,
for the following purposes:
- identification of the Buyer as a contractual partner for the performance of the contract realized through the shopping portal; correct delivery of documents and goods, realization and establishment of pre-contractual relations; identification of the Buyer for the purpose of carrying out the induced negotiations on the modification or termination of the contract; response to requests, comments or information arising from the concluded contract; registration of contracts, invoices and other related documents; processing of accounting documents for tax purposes; IT support in the management of databases with personal data and orders, obtaining and processing statistical information about customers; all this on the legal basis of the performance of a contract to which you as the data subject - the customer - are a party,
- sending newsletters about our products, services and promotions to visitors of the website on the legal basis of your consent as a data subject or on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the Operator towards the customers of our company,
- the fulfilment of the obligations laid down by law and generally binding legislation of the Slovak Republic, in particular under the VAT Act, on a legal basis (legal obligation).
Market research.
Berndorf Sandrik Ltd. may further use your registration data, purchase/discount data and any communication data for market research purposes in order to contact you by mail or e-mail (if provided) to assess your satisfaction or to evaluate the offer of goods and services.
The data is stored in our database for later processing. In addition, we automatically store data in log files that we receive from your browser during your visit (browser, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). This means that the IP address is known and a cookie is created on the computer. This cookie ensures that your order can be processed correctly and, above all, that you can be offered the products you are most interested in through it, without having to express your interest repeatedly.
Data protection.
Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o. uses the HTTPS protocol to establish a secure connection, which is protected against unauthorised access.
Cookies.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files stored on your computer, which allow the use of the website to be analysed. Such a file has a lifespan of 26 months. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services relating to website use and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. In no event will Google associate your IP address with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting the appropriate browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. The collection and storage of data can be challenged at any time with effect for the future. With regard to the discussion on the use of analytics tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIp()" extension, and therefore IP addresses are further shortened to exclude direct personal relationships. In addition, it is possible to prevent the data generated by cookies and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being recorded by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at: ( http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?.. ). Without your explicit consent, none of these tools will be used to collect personal data, to provide personal data to third parties or marketing platforms, or to link data to your personal data.
Cookies will be used for the following purposes:
- proper functioning of the site and order facilitation (e.g., saving of orders placed, customer identification);
- advertising and marketing promotions;
- generating statistics on site traffic and collecting information on how the site is used to improve its structure and content.
All cookies used by our site may be temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies are deleted by closing the site user's browser; on the other hand, persistent cookies are retained after the user has finished using the site and are used to store information that facilitates and speeds up later access to the site and the use of our services. The use of our site's services without any changes to the browser settings concerning cookies is deemed to be consent to their storage in the memory of the site user's terminal device.
At any time, it is possible to block the use of cookies and remove persistent cookies by using the relevant settings available in the internet browser. Traditionally, detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the Help tab in the menu of the internet browser. Blocking or restricting the use of cookies may prevent the correct use of some of the applications available on our website.
Right to withdraw consent.
If you have consented to the processing of your data for advertising and market research purposes, you may withdraw your consent in its entirety at any time, for example online or in writing to Berndorf Sandrik Ltd. The services related to the respective consent may no longer be provided after its revocation, and all agreements in this respect shall be deemed to be terminated by its revocation. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of such consent prior to its withdrawal. If you have not given or have withdrawn your consent, your data will not be used in accordance with the above paragraphs.
Retention period.
We keep your registration data for the duration of your registration in the e-shop. Upon termination of your participation in the e-shop, this data will be deleted immediately, unless there are any legal regulations governing the business activities of commercial companies and/or financial obligations that would require the retention of personal data, in which case the personal data will be deleted after 10 years from the date of termination of your registration in the e-shop. We will retain your data used to communicate with you for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing the communication data, but no longer than for the duration of your registration in the e-shop, forprovided that specific legislation does not provide for a longer period in certain cases or unless the need to keep the data for a longer period arises in a justified case in connection with a specific case. We will retain the data that is processed in the e-shop on the basis of your consent for the duration of your consent, but no longer than the duration of your registration in the Program. If we no longer need your personal data for the purposes described above, we will only retain this data for the relevant period of time in accordance with the regulations governing business activities or tax regulations and will no longer process it for other purposes.
Processing of data by service providers/intermediaries.
We entrust various service providers with the processing of personal data (intermediaries) for the purposes of providing support for the e-shop, e.g. for sending information by post and via other services you have subscribed to and for processing your communications (contracted intermediaries, data centres, email senders). We carefully select and control service providers.
Processing of your data outside the EU/EEA.
In order for us to carry out the process of the Terms and Conditions of registration in the e-shop, your data may be transferred to the USA, in which case Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequacy of the protection afforded by the State for the protection of personal data between the EU and the USA will apply.
Berndorf Sandrik Ltd. uses Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Google AdWords, which are based in a third country, the USA. The USA is a country that guarantees adequate protection according to a decision of the European Commission. The operators of these applications have provided adequate safeguards and security of personal data and warrant that they will process personal data in accordance with the principles of the GDPR.
Your rights as a data subject under the GDPR.
Upon request, we will inform you if and what personal data is being processed. Subject to compliance with the requirements set out in generally binding legislation (in particular the GDPR), you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), portability (Art. 20 GDPR), to object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR) of such personal data. You may also withdraw any consent you have given and object to the processing of your personal data.
We are obliged to deal with your request without undue delay and in any event within the time limits set out in generally applicable law (in particular Article 12 GDPR).
