This Statute is the only document that bindingly regulates the conditions of participation in the competition,
the manner and procedure for carrying out the activities necessary for its implementation and defines
details of the rights and obligations of the participants.
I. Promoter and organiser of the competition (hereinafter referred to as 'the Promoter')
1) The promoter and organiser of the competition is Berndorf Sandrik s.r.o., Bystrická

II. Purpose of the competition
1) The aim of the competition is to build brand awareness and raise the profile of the Berndorf Sandrik brand.
2) The competition is announced and publicised in posts on the organiser's social networks.
3) The social networks of the promoter are in particular Facebook

III. Competition deadline
1) 25.5.2025 from the time of publication of the entry until 23:59h on 1.6.2025.
IV. Persons eligible to participate in the competition
1) The competition takes place on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
2) The competition is open to any natural person who is at least 18 years of age and who meets the following conditions
the conditions for participation in the competition pursuant to Article V of these Statutes (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Participant").
3) The following are excluded from the competition:
- employees of the promoter and persons close to them within the meaning of § 116
Of the Civil Code,
- persons in an employment relationship with the Competition Organiser.
If it is proved that the Contestant is a person under this point, they lose their status of the Contestant
Competition.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the Contest the Contestants who do not meet all
the conditions set out in this Statute. Entrants who do not meet the conditions for
entry into the Competition will not be taken into account.
4) A Contestant who fraudulently interferes with
the Contest mechanism in order to obtain a prize, without which he/she would not otherwise have obtained any prize; or
would not have been able to participate in the Contest.V. Competition process
1) The Contestant enters the Contest by fulfilling two conditions:
The first condition is to be a follower of one of Berndorf Sandrik's profiles on social
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BerndorfSandrik or
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/berndorf_sandrik/.
The second condition is to tag a post about the competition with the "like" symbol.
The third condition is to tag a friend in a comment who also has children.
2) A participant can enter the contest more than once, i.e. contribute to the post
multiple comments, but must tag a different person in each comment.
3) Each participant who, during the competition period, completes the following criteria will be entered into the draw
specific conditions.
4) An entrant is only eligible to win one prize per competition.
5) The total number of competition winners to be drawn by the competition organiser is 1.
6) The winners of the competition will be determined by a draw on 2.6.2025
from among all the contestants participating on both platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
The winner of the competition will be drawn using the draw application.
7) The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook.
VI. Prize and its delivery
1) By fulfilling the terms and conditions of the contest, you can win the following prize:

2) The winner of the competition will be notified of the prize within 3 calendar days of
the date of the draw or the winner's designation, by contacting the winner via
social networks. The winner will be asked to send his/her correspondence details for the purpose of
sending the prize. In the event that the winner of the competition does not respond within 3 calendar days of notification
in the manner set out in the previous sentence of this clause, the winner does not claim the prize, refuses the prize or
does not provide a mailing address, the competition organiser is entitled to select a replacement
the winner of the competition.
3) The contestant has no legal claim to the prize and cannot claim it in court.
The results of the competition are final. Contestants acknowledge that they cannot claim the prize
a higher value or a larger quantity. Entrants also acknowledge that
the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed for any prize other than the prize
specified by the competition promoter in the relevant competition entry.VII. Special Provisions
1) If it is proven that the winner of the competition is an employee of the competition promoter or
an employee of the competition organiser or a person close to them, that person's entitlement to the prize
shall not be entitled to the prize, the prize shall not be handed over and shall be forfeited to the competition promoter.
2) In the event of a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse or error relating to the proper
the Promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend the competition,
amend the terms and conditions of the competition, declare the prize notification null and void or without notice; and
block the participation in the competition of those entrants who are participating in the competition
the competition in breach of good morals.
3) The Promoter will deliver the prize to the winner only within the territory of the Slovak Republic.
4) The contest promoter will send the prize to the specific winner of the contest within 30 days at the latest,
from the date on which the contest winner has provided the contest winner with complete contact details
according to point 2 of Article VI.
5) Neither the competition promoter nor the competition organiser shall be liable for the fact that the winner in
notification of contact details, the winner has provided incorrect contact details. Neither the competition promoter nor

6) The competition promoter is not liable for any technical problems in connection with participation in the competition

7) Winner's obligations upon receipt of the prize

publish the names, likenesses or other information about the winners in the announcements
and to use them for advertising and promotional purposes of the competition promoter, namely
without the entrant being entitled to any remuneration.
11) The promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or rules of this competition
at any time without prior notice, whereby the aforementioned change of the terms and conditions, respectively.

and amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to process his personal data within the scope of

for the purpose of evaluating the competition itself, creating a database and using it for marketing
purposes related to the competition and its evaluation, for the period from the time the participant enters the competition to
the contest until the written withdrawal of his/her consent. The contest participant, i.e. the data subject from
gDPR, has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time by informing the

the lawfulness of the processing of the participant's personal data until such revocation. Personal data

2) The rights of the participant - data subject in the processing of personal data are regulated in Article
15 GDPR. The data subject has the right - from the contest organiser, i.e. the controller
to request confirmation as to whether personal data relating to him or her are being processed and, if so
the right to obtain access to that personal data, - to request from the controller
rectification or erasure of personal data relating to the data subject; or
the restriction of processing, or the right to object to such processing, - lodge a

the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.IX. Final provisions
1) These Statutes are published on the website www.berndorf.sk and deposited with the

2) Anyone who demonstrates a legitimate interest is entitled to consult these Statutes at
the competition organiser.
3) The Statute comes into force on 21.5.2025.
