Description

Large knife with wide blade, smooth, stable and very strong edge with a length of 300 mm. The handle of each knife identifies the type of food it will be used with, using polypropylene caps of different colours. Designed for perfect hygiene control.

The Colour Prof series from manufacturer Arcos is specially designed for professional use. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel enriched with nitrogen, giving it excellent strength, cutting power and long-lasting sharpness. The revolutionary handle consists of a hard polypropylene (PP) core and a soft coating of special rubber. A blend of materials that provides great comfort and adaptability in use.
