The dessert fork is used at the table to skewer, move and eat food but most often when eating your best "dessert" desserts. It is made of fully recyclable 18/0 chrome steel, a suitable food contact material. Total length 146 mm.

Care of cutlery

In order to keep the cutlery in its original appearance, follow the following guidelines even if you use the dishwasher :

• rinse the cutlery after use to remove any food residue, even if you plan to wash it later,
• place the cutlery in the dishwasher in the designated basket with the blade facing upwards and the other parts facing upwards,
• the cutlery must always be in an upright position in the dishwasher so that the water residue can run off after rinsing,
• choose a shorter wash cycle or dry the cutlery by hand after the cycle to prevent rust stains caused by food or detergent residues,
• if cutlery is left in the hot and humid environment of the dishwasher for too long, it can also corrode.

Keep in mind that a prerequisite for the cutlery not to corrode is that you allow it to form a so-called "passivation layer" on the surface. This is ensured by following the above principles and you will enjoy nice cutlery for a long time.
