Practical Black Granite pans are made of aluminium alloy, which ensures temperature stability and optimal temperature distribution around the perimeter.
The pan has a durable non-stick coating made of water-based PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), heated to a temperature of 380⁰C, safe, non-hazardous to health. The food on the above surface does not stick, evenly overcooks and retains its taste. The ergonomically shaped handle allows for good handling and thanks to the matt surface, it will not slip out of your hand. The removable handle allows the pan to be placed in a hot-air oven, for example, or to save space when storing. The black surface of the pan is reminiscent of the colour of marble.
Do not heat the surface of the pan above 250⁰C! Doing so may damage the construction of the pan itself.
