The spatula from the Profi-Line model range has a handle that is highly resistant to impact, abrasion and solvents. The shape of the handle is designed so that you can grip it firmly and make a vigorous motion when sanding. The sharpener is made of carbon steel with a hardness of HRC 60+/-2, which, when angled correctly, will ensure fast, effortless sharpening of your knives. The draw of the sharpener is "standard".

The handle is made of "POM" plastic. This material is characterized by high mechanical strength and rigidity, wear resistance, low moisture absorption and has excellent dimensional stability.

The knife sharpener is also included in the set of kitchen knives in a wooden stand.
