The stainless steel gnocchi strainer has a special shape to help you make gnocchi quickly and easily. The dimensions are adapted to easily press the gnocchi with a spatula or a spoon. The protruding core of the sieve is primarily designed for better adhesion and secondarily increases the strength of the entire gnocchi sieve. The sieve is made according to an old pattern that was still in production in the last century. The optimum diameter of the pot under the sieve is Ø20cm.
